i want to punch myself in the face thinking about harry sitting in front of a piano somewhere singing “just a little bit of your heart, just a little bit is all i’m asking for” and pausing to scribble on some little notebook

While I fill up the promo queue, come keep me company. Send an app for a character or for co-admin, or send us a question. I’m more than happy to help you out with the application if you need assistance. We need 15 more apps before we can open! Help us out with that?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
These are my very first finished & released works as a theme maker, so if you like or use any of them, it would mean so much to me if you liked/reblogged the post! Otherwise I’ll have no idea whether I should keep ‘em coming… And it would be nice to know if people actually like them. :p
Anyway, if you have any problems with installing/using these themes, feel absolutely free to message me! I’ll gladly help however I can.
i've gotten to a point in my story where i know exactly what's going to happen next and how to write it and all of the necessary details but for some reason, whenever i go to write, i freeze up and panic a little bit and i can't write anything… is this common? do you have any idea what might be causing this and what i could do to stop it? much thanks. sincerely, a very disgruntled and frustrated writer.
It sounds like you’re nervous or unsure about writing something. I’ve had the same problem before. I like solving this problem by skipping over a few chapters. Let’s say you’re leading up to writing about a major talk between ambassadors from two nations. Yeah, skip that. If you know what’s going to happen, you know what will result. Write about the results and keep going with the story from there. It’s easier to write about the story in retrospect.
You can also try writing the story backward, which sounds stressful, but actually works when you get the hang of it. Start with the last event or an event near the end of the plot and write that until you reach the end. Then go to the event before that point and write until that segment joins with the one that comes after it. Do this until you have finished the story or section.
